Naturenama is your online platform to book and enjoy Trips, Stays and Activities in Nature. We are dedicated to offer you all the nature you want, for as long as you want, the way you want.

How can I find my nature experience?

  1. First choose between our 3 main categories:
    TRIPS: a multi-day experience including accommodation and nature activities
    STAYS: a unique accommodation in nature for any duration
    ACTIVITIES: a 1-day nature activity
  2. Then search from a list of your favorite experiences like: Jeep Safari, Trekking, Birding, etc.
  3. The search results will display a range of nature experiences for you to compare and choose from.

How can I book with Naturenama?

  1. Select if you want to go on a TRIP (multi-day experience), STAY (unique accommodation) or ACTIVITY (1-day experience).
  2. Choose your experience and proceed to booking.
  3. Receive an online confirmation and get ready for your nature experience.
  4. Enjoy your experience and share your feedback through a customer review.

What is included in my TRIP/STAY/ACTIVITY?
Once you have chosen your experience you will find all information and inclusions in the details tab. Please note any items not mentioned in inclusions are excluded and therefore need to be arranged/paid by you individually.

How can I pay?
You can choose your preferred way of payment while booking with Naturenama. We offer payment by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Offline Payments in Cash.
Your payments are securely processed by payment gateway (ccAvenue) supporting all major credit cards and 98+ debit cards.
Please always read the payment policies prior to booking.

Is my reservation confirmed immediately?
Yes, it is. During the booking process you are asked to proceed with your payment. Once successful you will receive a confirmation email and your booking is guaranteed.
If you have chosen to pay offline we will hold your reservation for 12h for you to make the payment. Once received your booking is confirmed and we will send you a confirmation email.

Can I customize my experience?
Yes, you can. Most of our experience offer the option to add extras during the booking process to create an experience tailor-made to your likings.
